Wood Oud Cancellation & Return Policy
To ensure the highest quality for our customers, Wood Oud orders are prepared with utmost care upon order confirmation.
- • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment or handover to the courier.
- • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the store return policy will apply.
- • For quality and safety reasons, Wood Oud products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
- • If the customer refuses delivery after shipment, the store reserves the right to deduct shipping, delivery, and return fees if applicable.
- • Maison MFD reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or return request that does not comply with the store policy.
